How do i decide which SIZE and MediUM to order?

SIZE - Please check out the WALL PREVIEW Button to view the artwork in various places - a living room, bedroom, office, etc. You can choose the color of the wall paint, and scroll down to choose the size of the artwork you're considering and how it looks in a room. This is a great tool and one of the main reasons we went with this platform - so please have fun using it!
LUSTER PAPER - Luster is our go-to fine art print paper with a soft non-glare finish that looks beautiful framed, with or without a mat. We generally recommend a 2-inch mat in most cases - but feel free to contact us to discuss the options.
SMOOTH FINE ART PAPER - This is a lovely choice and offers a nice, musem quality fine art paper by Hahnemuhle. You'll need to order a mat or frame for the print, with or without a mat.
CANVAS - Canvas gives a beautiful painterly finish. hat's nice about the canvas print is that it is Finished as is so you don't need a mat or frame. Canvas is lightweight, easy to hang and durable.
ACRYLIC - Acrylic is by far the most durable medium and offers a solid, non-glare finish and comes with mount attachments.
XPOZER - Xpozer (pronounced exposure) is a new art medium and is printed on lightweight vinyl with a spring frame in the back and special wall mounts that are provided. It is exceptionally lightweight and less expensive to ship than framed pieces - or move later - and you can order really BIG PRINTS for affordable prices, so that's fun. You do have to be prepared to assemble it when it is delivered. Make sure to clear a table that is bigger than the image you ordered, clean it and dry it thoroughly - then open the box. Watch the Please note, care must be taken when handling it so it doesn't get crinkled. Please have someone give you hand if possible. If you have any trouble assembling it, Contact Us. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR PRINTS We choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 2-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please note: there is shipping time AND production time. Therefore, please allow 2-5 days for production of your print; then add a few more days for shipping. (Covid circumstances can delay delivery but things have been arriving quite promptly lately, we're happy to say.)
** Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges. Please see our Crate and Freight shipping policies below for more information.
Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.
- Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 (required)
- Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,
We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please Contact Us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Shipping for these items will be based on weight:

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
- We want you to be happy with your selection of artwork, so if it's really not working for you, we can exchange it for something else, minus a 25% restocking fee. Exchanges are limited to One item per order, so please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions about your selection.
- We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- In the unlikely event that any of the prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and take photos on your phone as soon as you open the box, and send them to us within 2 days of arrival of the package. Please Do Not hang the artwork. Please Contact Us with your order number and pictures of the damage. Images must be taken upon arrival of the item - so please open it and inspect it the day it arrives.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All orders sales are final. Please Contact Us as soon as possible in case of emergency. If it's already gone to print we cannot cancel it.
